Enjoy the watermill with its grounds, lakes, rivers, waterwheel, stream, outdoor jacuzzi (additional fees apply), brick oven building with its large fireplace and old authentic bread oven. You can also go out in our kayaks, fish and enjoy one of our craft beers on the deck of our waterfront microbrewery or in our beer garden. Rent includes water and electricity charges, linen and towels are provided and beds are made when you arrive, we also provide fully equipped kitchens. Bedrooms are quiet and comfortable, bathrooms have been renovated in a style that combines comfort and tradition. Miserai is a place to relax, however, for those who must stay connected several internet access points are available. Grocery shopping is nearby at Carrefour in Tourouvre 5 miles away or Ecomarché at Longny au Perche 6 miles away. ADDITIONAL FEES: Advertised AIRBNB prices are for the watermill only with 4 bedrooms and 10 people maximum occupancy.
