This is a non smoking unit. Snow bird rental Option. Cruising the Coast 5 night minimum. All weekends are 4 night minimum. Weekdays 2 ngt min The space This is a 2 story town home with flat screens in every room and fully loaded kitchen. King in master. Queen in guest. Jack and Jill bath suit. WiFi through out. DVD on main with huge selection of movies. Keurig available. beach bag, noodles and towels here for you, no need to pack! Enjoy coffee and family time in your own fenced in privacy area unique to this unit. Guest access BBQ grill and everything else in the house is available for your use. Other things to note 2 swimmings pools that you have access to. This unit is steps away from pool. Access to gym is included. No one under 16 can be in the pool area without being accompanied by 18 or older. All infants must have swim diapers on in and around the pool. Absolutely no food or glass containers around the pool. Any violation of pool rules will result in immediate termination of your stay with us. They are firm rules and no refunds will be given. There are NO PETS allowed. 4 person max per unit or forfeit stay.
