Converted barn in rural location

Your space is the result of over two years building work to turn a derelict barn into a home. Your room includes an en-suite, small kitchenette and patio which has beautiful sunrise views over the agricultural fields and garden (breakfast and lunch on the patio are lovely!). The drive and courtyard parking is shared with the neighbours (although you have your own space allocated). Local walks are literally on your doorstep and beaches are less than two miles away. The space This was once my Great Auntie’s farm, a cow called Violet slept in the kitchen and a small Apple tree stood in the garden. Sadly the apple tree blew down in the gales of 2020 but its been happily replaced with two more apple and a plum tree! You’re staying in what used to be a cow shed, wash house (complete with water boiler and mangle!) and farmyard where cows and pigs roamed. It’s now a clean, light and airy space with en suite shower room and a small kitchenette / utility room with sink, washer and dryer. You have your own patio area for outdoor dining or drinks, and the sun streams in your French doors during the summer. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided along with a toaster, cutlery and crockery. There is a combination microwave oven & grill & a mini fridge for your sole use. We have ground source hot water and underfloor heating. There is no electric car charging available on site. Guest access You access the property via the shared drive / yard and into your own entrance around the back (east). This entrance also has a little patio with seating available for your sole use. Other things to note We do not offer electric car charging at the premises. If you require car charging, additional payment will be required to cover the costs. This is a brand new property. The paint is only just dry and there are a few minor things still on the 'snag' list! I believe I’ve catered for Guest needs but if you find anything amiss please do let me know!
