Casita La Luna Rosa - quiet cottage in the country

Charming country casita perfect for a couple, two friends or a couple with a child. Cosy and well-equipped with a pool, it is a wonderful place to enjoy the beauty of the Andalucian mountains in peace and privacy. The little village of Estación de Cortes (also called Cañada del Real Tesoro) is just three mins away by car and has bars, restaurants, a bakery, supermarket and a train station. The coast is just over an hour away, the beautiful town of Ronda just forty minutes by car or by train. The space This is truly a haven of peace where you can enjoy the garden and the pool in total tranquility. It is the perfect place to relax, kick back and do nothing! You can also go hiking or cycing in the beautiful mountains that surround the property or enjoy some horse-riding, yoga, pilates or massage, all of which are available locally. We are also fortunate to have some excellent local, multi-lingual guides if you would like to really get to know the area. In winter, the cottage is cosy with electric heaters in the bedrooms and a woodburning stove in the living room so you can settle in on a dark winter's night and get comfortable! The first basket of wood is free of charge and we are always available to provide you with more. Guest access You have full use of the swimming pool in the warmer months from May until September, the garden is also yours to relax in and the barbecue is also available (local fire regulations permitting). Other things to note The last 300m of the journey is on a rough and stony track, but easily passable with a standard car, so it is best to be patient and go slowly!
