My place is 1.5 blocks from the Eastern Prom and close to the Old Port, downtown, art and culture, parks, and restaurants and dining. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers. Real full bed + ikea sofa can be a single bed as well. Expansive Casco Bay views. The studio apartment is on the third floor of a 3-unit building. Unfortunately at this time I cannot allow dogs. The space Bright third floor studio, with full kitchen and new fully renovated bathroom. Guest access The property is just about a block and a half up from "The Eastern Prom" a lovely bayside park with public tennis courts, basketball court, playground, and walking trails. It is a popular place for strolling, picnicking, Frisbee, hula-hooping, just being outside and enjoying the view. There is a small sandy beach, kayak and SUP rental, and a public boat launch. About three blocks in other directions are gourmet market, coffee shops, and restaurants. The Old Port shopping and restaurant district is about a 10-15 minute walk depending on how fast you walk and where you are going.
