The space is newly renovated, clean and chic. One bedroom has a Queen bed and the other two twin beds, and the living room sofa bed. There is No Smoking or Vaping on property. Our home is in a great location, a block away from MTA LIRR train (25-min train ride to Manhattan/Penn Station) in Manhattan NY, a 15-min bus ride to Green Acres Mall, or Jamaica Avenue for shopping, and local restaurants walking distance from Laundry services, supermarkets & lots more..... Guest can access the property by taking the 85 bus to Thurston St./Westgate stop. Or take the MTA LIRR train to the Locus Manor stop & walk one block. When you get to the property, walk along the driveway, make a left in the backyard (follow the yellow arrow) and look for the entrance. You will now enter your personal access code on the smart lock to access the unit. Please note the unit is totally private from the main residence of the home. There is plenty of restaurants & supermarkets, mall and shopping centers nearby.
