Ideally located between Montpellier and Nimes, 15 minutes from the sea and Aigues-Mortes, our villa welcomes you in a quiet and relaxing setting. Your accommodation is located in a private wing of the villa with its independent access. It consists of two bedrooms with queen size beds, closets and a private bathroom. Common areas with the owners are also available: 60 m² veranda, swimming pool (from April to the end of September) and garden. The space KITCHEN The veranda has a "kitchenette" that will allow you to make a side and summer kitchen. You will have a small fridge, microwave, small hob and everything you need for your breakfasts (kettle and coffee maker). You can also enjoy the barbecue outside for your grilling. Finally, we provide dishes and some utensils. A sink to do your dishes is available in the pool house and will allow you complete autonomy over your meals. ACTIVITIES IN THE HOUSE The veranda and garden offer various activities such as board games, molkky and ping pong table. SAFETY For families with children, the pool is secured with an alarm. However, we remind you that your children are under your supervision and are under your full responsibility. SHEETS & TOWELS Queen size bed sheets are provided. However, duvet covers, pillowcases and towels are not provided, please bring your own. Sheets option: €8 for both beds (to be paid on site) Towel option: €8 for 4 towels (to be paid on site) During your stay Please note we will be present on the premises, in our private part of the villa. We will therefore be at your disposal for any requests. The veranda and garden are common areas where you can meet and/or interact with us. Other things to note ANIMALS We have a young dog, which is why we do not accept other animals. However, he is very sociable with humans and will certainly come to ask for a few caresses. Please be aware of this information if you are prone to allergies. There are 2 chickens in the garden.
