Bright modern room quiet King bed and Balcony

This nice apartment is located at a brand new building opened in December 2018 and it's suitable for 2 persons. The property is located at the center of vibrant Patong Beach. The distance to the beach is about 15 min walking and Jungceylon shopping mall together with Banzaan Fresh Market is about 20 min walking from where you stay. We are located in a relaxed neighborhood without pubs or disco's so quietness guaranteed. Convenience store, restaurants and ATM machines are just around the corner. The space These apartments are located at a 4 story high property with 21 individual rooms, and the size is about 20 square meter, this is one of the 21 apartments/rooms available in our property. Everything is available inside your apartment. Once you enter your room you will have the wet room or bathroom on your left hand side. The bathroom has sink, mirror, shower, hot and cold water and of course the toilet. The hot kettle is available so you can wake up with a nice cup of Tea or Coffee. The new Air-conditioning is available and it will cool down all the apartment. The master bedroom has a King Size bed, pillows and the bed will be ready with bedlinen so you only need to lay down and you're ready to sleep. A make up table is available for those who would like to look pretty. Cleaning is included in your rate and will be done twice a week, fresh towels twice a week and bed linen changed once a week. Guest access Our property consists of 21 individual rooms or apartments all with private Balcony. You will only share the entrance hall with other in house guests. Only you have access to your own private place. And on cleaning days my manager or myself will be there with an extra key in case you would be outside so cleaning can be done without you need to worry about anything. Housekeeping will NEVER be alone, always in company from me or management team. Other things to note You will be staying at a small property, we need to inform you that the building exists of 4 floors and that there is no elevator available, however you’re staying at the lowest floor. No stairs to climb and a nice big balcony/terrace.
