SF & Bay views, deck w/hot tub, luxurious studio

Our recently renovated Eurostyle studio has high quality designer furnishings, eclectic art, and a private deck. Soak in the hot tub or have a drink on the deck and take in the stunning views of San Francisco and the Bay. Prepare dinner in a well-appointed kitchenette and dine inside in front of a best-in-class Dimplex electric fireplace/heater. Relax and enjoy company or watch TV in all-leather living room furniture. Luxuriate in our natural wood platform bed with a Casper memory foam mattress. The space Our suite is sleek and modern with natural hickory wood floors, recessed lighting, and ample light from french doors to the deck and five additional windows. The designer furnishings were selected for style and comfort and are in excellent condition. The wifi signal is strong via Sonic fiber with a Eero mesh router sitting on the desk. Watching TV couldn't be better or easier on our Roku 55" TV with YoutubeTV and free streaming services to our guests (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, HBOMax and others). The sparkling clean and well-appointed kitchenette is equipped with a gas range/oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer. The natural wood platform bed has a Casper memory foam mattress and 500 thread count linens and plush towels. Want to sleep in or take an afternoon nap? Use remote controls to draw down the motorized black-out blinds. There are even dimmable remote controls for the bedside lamps that can also change the color tone. The guest suite is located below our formal living room which we use minimally when we have airbnb guests, so there is little noise transfer between levels. Our main living area, where we have a TV and sofa, is located on the opposite end of the house, and we have our own deck and hot tub accessible off this living space, providing excellent separation and privacy. Our master bedroom, on the third floor, is also well-separated. Both decks have privacy screening on both sides so you can enjoy excellent privacy on the deck while relaxing before the open view of San Francisco and Bay. The kitchenette, located between the living area and the bathroom, is compact, but beautifully designed. It includes a refrigerator, gas range & oven, and microwave. It is best used by one person at a time for lighter cooking use. If you are a chef and plan to do extensive cooking in the kitchenette, our suite is probably not ideal for you. A large closet with side cabinets provides plenty of room for you to unpack and store your suitcases. There is a stacked washer/dryer in the bathroom closet. Our home is in a beautiful residential area with several parks in short walking distance. Unlike many areas of the Berkeley Hills, our neighborhood has sidewalks, so you can enjoy pleasant walks in our lovely and extremely safe neighborhood. We provide a map of the many mid-block private pedestrian pathways that are unique to the Berkeley Hills, including one that will take you directly to the Solano Avenue commercial district. Also unlike many areas of the Berkeley Hills, there is generally ample street parking on a wide street, so in most cases you won't have to drive around hunting for a space. Street parking is public, so we can't guarantee it, but in most cases, you'll be able to park right in front of our house. Guest access As our guest, you have exclusive use of the deck and hot tub (we have our own deck with hot tub on the opposite side of the house). You have your own in-suite washer/dryer. Other things to note Street parking is plentiful on our block, and try first to park in front of our house where there are four spaces, usually at least one is available.
