Cozy House in Quiet area 3 mins to station/market

This is a cozy Japanese style house with modern conveniences of updated kitchen and bathroom. If you want to experience what it’s like to live in Japan, here’s your chance! Your home away from home in Kyoto. This is an entire home rental for max 6 person stay. There are three (3) bedrooms on the 2nd floor: 1 doublebed (1-2 person) + 2 Tatami rooms with 2 double mattress futon beds (2-4 person). We also have 2 additional single mattress beds. Good for 1-2 families or group – max 6 person. The space Guest house is located south of Kyoto with easy access to Uji, Fushimi and Nara. Short 3 min walk to the nearest Kintetsu Line Kutsukawa Station (B13) and 15 mins to JR Shinden Station. 20 mins to Kyoto or Nara and 50 mins to Osaka by train. Guest access This guest house is a private building, so all accommodation facilities from the 1st to the 2nd floor are available. The road on the east side is a private road, so cars and bicycles cannot be parked. Other things to note There is no parking at the house. Although public parking is available across the street from Kutsukawa train station, due to narrow street in front of the house, you will not be able to drive directly to the guest house. Taking the train is highly recommended. We are located between Kyoto and Nara with easy access to Uji Byoudoin (famous for green tea and world heritage). To go to Uji Byoudoin (famous for green tea and world heritage). Walk East to JR Shinden Station (15 mins) and exit Uji Station.. Take Kintetsu Line Kutsukawa Station (B13) and exit next station, Okubo Station (B12) Kyoto bound, walk to JR Shinden Station (3 mins), and exit Uji Station.
