The space OUTSIDE At the back of the property, there is private gated parking for multiple vehicles, while guests benefit from outside table and chairs on a private paved area, perfect for an early morning coffee or al fresco dining. The front of the property overlooks the trees and greenery of Cardiff Golf Club, with another private fenced area for guests to enjoy. LIVING/DINING ROOM The large living/dining room boasts a widescreen TV with Virgin, large windows for lots of natural light, a comfortable L-shaped sofa, a matching armchair, and a dining table with seating for six. KITCHEN Kitted out thoughtfully, the modern kitchen has a host of features and appliances, as well as a small breakfast table. HALLWAY The hallway provides guests with under-stairs storage, a utility cupboard with boring but useful essentials like a washing machine and ironing board, as well as access to the downstairs toilet. MAIN BEDROOM The main bedroom is equipped with a double bed, built-in storage and views of the golf course's tree-lined boundary.
