Family-friendly private room, shared kitchen/bath

Enjoy the direct proximity to St. Moritz lake and easy access to the mountains and St. Moritz Dorf in this beautiful sun-filled and spacious apartment in an historical property. The light-filled apartment offers one spacious private bedroom with bedding to fit up to 3 people comfortably, a full shared kitchen and shared bathroom with bathtub. The space The full-storey, 1st floor apartment, of which you can enjoy one private 15 m2 room, is approx 100 m2 and is situated directly 30 meters across a residential street from the lake. Because it is a full-storey apartment, it is sunny from sunrise to sunset, and you just need to look out the window in the front or the back to decide whether Corvatsch or Corviglia has better weather for skiing, hiking or biking! The house was built by the same architect who built the Segantini Museum and the Reithalle, Nicolaus Hartmann, and is therefore an historic old building. While the old parquet floors in some of the rooms, the black-and-white tiles in the bathroom, and the traditional wood-clad walls in the bedrooms have been preserved, the rest of the apartment has been renovated to include new cork floors and a modern kitchen. Guest access You have one (15 m2) private room with double bed (140 x 200 cm), a mattress (90 x 200) can additionally be placed on the floor for a third guest or child. There is closet space to store your belongings. You have access to the bathroom with hairdryer through the hallway. Our large terrace is accessible via the living room, which is shared space. There is a fully-equipped shared kitchen at your disposal. The other bedrooms of the apartment are our personal space and are not accessible to guests. Use of the common washing machine and dryer in the separate laundry room is easily possible upon prior instruction. A parking lot is across the street, you can park there for 10 hours at a time using the paid parking meter. During your stay As we live in the apartment, it could be that we cross paths - I will always be available for any questions or concerns personally or via whatsapp, text, or telephone. I am also happy to give you suggestions about how to get around, where to go, what to do...also with kids!
