Very comfortable upstairs apartment, in top location. Located in the leafy suburb of Ardross & just a stroll away from top quality cafes & restaurants. World-class shopping is available just 1km away at Westfield Booragoon.Easy transport links to Perth city centre (15 mins) & Fremantle (15 mins) make our location very convenient & well-connected. Beautiful river walks, parks & views aplenty. The accommodation consists of double bedroom with own bathroom, living/dining room, kitchen & balcony. The space The apartment has its own entrance and is completely self-contained which ensures your privacy. Guest access Guests have their own balcony with attractive views. In addition, guests are welcome to use the pool and back garden. Other things to note If guests have a car, they are welcome to park it on our front verge. Check-in time is flexible so please contact me if you require an earlier arrival time and I'll do my best to accommodate. The apartment doesn't have its own washing machine.
