Located in the award winning Baia da Luz resort, guests staying at this 1st floor (top floor) apartment will benefit from the 24-hour reception service for their check-in. This newly renovated and very chic apartment has been tastefully decorated. The owners have chosen very high-quality finishing’s and furnishings giving the apartment a feeling of indulgence. You will find all the modern comforts we come to expect from accommodation these days, but cleverly mixed with vintage pieces. The floors are striking polished concrete throughout and have underfloor heating for when the seasons turn chillier. Its also worth mentioning that the apartment also boasts air conditioning throughout. There is a clever use of lighting around the place making it warm and bright, although, on a sunny day, the sun streams in through the south west facing windows. The entrance hall has plenty of “invisible storage cupboards” built into the wall. There is also a 2nd W.C., and this is where you will find the Teka 8kg washing machine. The lounge has double glazed patio windows which lead to the large wrap around terrace balcony which is blessed with breath taking views of the Rocha Negra or black rock headland which Luz is famous for. There is a rattan table and 4 chairs so you can enjoy “dining out” as well as 2 sunbeds. Stairs lead up to the expansive roof terrace for more intense sun worshipping. There are 2 large supermarkets selling both national and international products, ensuring you won’t miss anything.
