Come stay in this quiet, well-kept, cute home in the beautiful neighborhood of 'Mountain Hills'. Enjoy nearby hiking trails with an easy drive or a fun hike to McKelligon Canyon and the Ron Coleman Trail; close to the Wyler Aerial Tramway. 5 minute drive to nearest gas station, grocery store, public park, car repair and maintenance, and the i-10 freeway. 15 minutes to Downtown El Paso and border crossing. The space You will be expected to bring your own bathroom supplies including towels, toiletries, hygienic paper, etc. You are welcome to using refrigerator space. You are also welcome to the stove/oven, dishes, utensils, washer/dryer, living room space. All bills and wi-fi internet are provided and you are not expected to contribute unless your use of certain utilities far exceeds reasonable use (i.e. long showers, leaving bedroom lights on at all times, etc), then you may be charged a utility use fee. I expect the home to be kept reasonably clean (i.e. most dishes cleaned daily, tabletop kept clean, bathroom kept clean, basically clean up after your own messes). You are free to maintain your own bedroom as you want, so long upon vacating room it is left as clean as it was received.
