The Murakami room is one of four rooms in a spacious 140 sqm apartment, designed for guests who appreciate comfort and personality. Its blue walls and the dark wood of its furniture create a slightly surreal atmosphere, similar to the one we could find in one of Haruki Murakami's novels. Step outside onto your private balcony and enjoy the beautiful view— especially romantic at night or in the soft light of sunset. The space The apartment is located in a quiet and safe residential area, just a short walk from St. Peter’s Basilica and the Vatican. You can reach St. Peter’s in about 20 minutes on foot, enjoying a pleasant walk through a local and authentic neighborhood. Well connected, yet away from the crowds, the area offers the perfect balance between peace and accessibility. A bus stop just a few minutes away connects you to the historic center: -around 10 minutes to Piazza Navona and Campo de’ Fiori -about 20 minutes to Piazza Venezia or Trastevere From there, you can easily explore Rome’s most iconic landmarks, including the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain. Green escape nearby: Within a 10-minute walk, you can reach Villa Pamphili, the largest park in Rome — perfect for a relaxing break, a walk, or a morning run surrounded by nature. Everything you need close by: Just 300 meters away, Via Gregorio VII offers a wide range of shops, cafés, restaurants, supermarkets and everyday services. Hidden local gem: Don’t miss the unique optical illusion of St. Peter’s dome from Via Piccolomini, just behind the building — a surprising and little-known perspective! Parking: Free street parking is available in the area, which is a rare advantage in Rome. Connections: Roma S.Pietro train station is a fifteen minute walk from the apartment and from there you can take a train to Roma Termini train station or to Roma Trastevere train station. Guest access The room features a private en suite bathroom and a private balcony overlooking the city and a quiet, tree-lined street. When the tree in front is less full, you can also see St. Peter’s dome and the distant mountains in the distance. Thanks to large sliding windows, the room is bright and filled with natural light throughout the day. It is equipped with: Comfortable double bed (160 x 200 cm) Air conditioning (heating & cooling) Fast Wi-Fi connection Flat-screen Smart TV Desk and wardrobe The private bathroom includes: Shower Sink WC and bidet Hairdryer Fresh bed linen and a set of towels are provided for your stay. Shared kitchen: Guests have access to a shared kitchen with the other three rooms in the apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped with: Stove and oven Refrigerator Pots, pans and tableware Kettle Toaster Italian moka coffee maker We kindly ask guests to keep the kitchen clean and tidy after use, to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone. During your stay To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please kindly follow these simple rules: Quiet hours: Please keep noise to a minimum between 11:00 PM and 9:00 AM, to respect other guests in the apartment. Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the room. You are welcome to smoke on the private balcony. Shared kitchen: The kitchen is shared with other guests — please clean and tidy up after each use, so that everyone can enjoy it. Bed Linen & towels: Please take care of bed linen and towels. In case of permanent stains or damages, a replacement fee may be charged. Guests: Only registered guests are allowed in the apartment, unless agreed in advance. Other things to note Check-in is available from 3:00 PM. If you arrive early in Rome and want to start exploring right away, you are welcome to drop off your luggage from 10:30 AM, upon request.
