Bright and charming 1 King Bed, North Kelvin
Description
This is a very quiet, cosy flat. It is my home where I live in North Kelvin. Perfect for remote working or unwinding after a day of sightseeing, you can watch TV on my velvet couch, curl up in the reading nook, soak in the 2 person tub and sleep in the world’s comfiest bed. Nearby are the Botanic Gardens (10 min), Kelvingrove Park (15), the University area/Byres Rd (10-15) for cafes/pubs/restaurants & Hillhead subway station (1 mile). NO SMOKING OR PARTIES. The space This third floor tenement style flat is bright and charming and a perfect place to hang out. It is very quiet, and a perfect spot to post up for a few days - it is not suitable for parties but great if you want to relax after sightseeing or work remotely. It is simple and tidy with a clean and stylish look boasting hardwood floors throughout and a bay window with city views. The living room features a nice velvet couch, where you can relax and watch sky TV or listen to music. There's also a cosy reading nook and dining table where you can eat or work with high speed WIFI. The kitchen is small but very functional and fully equipped - it has an opening onto the living room, so it's great for chatting while you cook dinner. The bathroom has a giant two person bathtub for soaking after a long day exploring Glasgow's sights and sounds. My bedroom features a king-sized, insanely comfortable bed great for two. Guest access There is no longer free parking in the street outside the flat. There are always spaces but for 3 hours only 8am til 10pm and parking is metered. There is however free parking a 5 minute walk away to which we can direct you. Other things to note Absolutely no parties or smoking. Also check in time (usually 4pm onwards although we can sometimes accommodate other times) by arrangement with us in advance. Let us know what sort of time you are hoping to arrive a few days before arrival.
