2 bedroom Bungalow Private annexe with your own access. Bathroom with power shower. Towels. No bath. Sitting room - Electric fire. SkyQ TV. Tea & Coffee making facilities, toaster, microwave and a large fridge. No Kitchen. No dining table . A sturdy folding high table to use as extra counter at your tea/coffee station. Secure area for bicycles. 5 min walk to Greenway & bike hire shops. 10 min walk to the harbour and town centre for great restaurants and bars. 10 min walk to local beach. The space The ground floor annexe has a private entrance. 2 bedrooms, bathroom with power shower (no bath) and sitting room are in a private annexe attached to the house giving privacy from the main house. Each bedroom has 1 Kingsize bed. The couch is not suitable for sleeping on. French doors from the garden bedroom lead to a private patio area in the back garden where you can enjoy a coffee or glass of wine unseen from the main house. You're also welcome to wander around our garden. Both bedrooms include a hairdryer. There is a blackout roller blind and plantation shutters in the front bedroom and privacy blinds with heavy curtains in the garden bedroom. Also an iron and ironing board in bedroom 1. There is a secure covered porch area at your entrance ideal for storing bicycles. Guest access Self Check-in is available. The code for the keybox will be the last 4 digits of your phone number. The keybox is located at your entrance to the bungalow side of the house. If you choose to use the lockbox please read the information sheet on your fireplace and you will find fresh milk in your fridge to get you started. Alternatively you can ring our doorbell and we can meet you to hand over keys. The annexe is on the ground floor so no stairs to climb either inside or outside. To open the front door just turn the key. To lock the front door lift up the handle and turn the key. Other things to note Please read the information sheet in your sitting room where you will find the wifi password, tv instructions etc to enjoy your stay. Note there are no cooking facilities but you have tea/coffee/toast making facilities and a microwave in your private guest sitting room where you also have crockery, cutlery & glassware to enjoy breakfast, snacks or even takeaway food. There is no inside dining table, just the garden table on the patio. You also have a large fridge where you can store provisions and you will find fresh milk to get you started and bottled water for drinking and filling your kettle and coffee maker. The couch is not suitable for sleeping on.
