The space Rhylla Cottage stands high above the Tamar Valley in an area of outstanding natural beauty (AONB). Originally a copper miner's cottage, parts of which date back to the early 1800's, but recently renovated to a high standard adding a beautiful contemporary style to this historic cottage. The cottage benefits from its own private parking and large peaceful lawned garden, ideal to relax in after a day walking on nearby Dartmoor, Bodmin Moor or the picturesque Tamar Trail. On entering the front door there is a seating area and space for your well-trodden walking boots and wellies, following on into a well equipped traditional style kitchen and seating area. The newly fitted kitchen boasts an integral dishwasher, fridge, electric oven and induction hob. Toaster, microwave, kettle and a selection of crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils are provided for your convenience. The cottage features a newly fitted modern shower room with rainfall shower and soft fluffy bath towels. Going down the original granite steps and opening up into the spacious lounge with 2 comfy leather sofas, tv with built in dvd and cosy woodburner, the views again become apparent from the double aspect windows, making this room the heart of the cottage. From the lounge you enter the bedroom furnished with a king size bed with quality cotton bedding, dressing table and ample hanging and storage space in the triple size wardrobe.
