La Esperanza is a century-old Hacienda which is at the center of the largest coffee farm in Costa Rica, Aquiares Estate. The house contains five uniquely decorated rooms, with a capacity for 12 people, four living spaces including and outdoor terrace and picnic area; which makes La Esperanza perfect for families. Enjoy your breakfast in an outdoor terrace, board games and fun in the family room, and relax by the fireplace in the main living room. La Esperanza is private and only hosts one group or family per night. Our Covid protocols are constantly revised and approved by the Costa Rican Ministry of Health. Our staff has been vaccinated and uses masks. As the house is far from restaurant options, we offer a full menu consisting of authentic Costa Rican home recipes, which have been passed through several generations.
