Noosa Hinterland- Sunrise Hills-Studio

Sunrise Hills is located in the Noosa Hinterland at Tinbeerwah on 2 acres of Tropical gardens offering a relaxed environment in a quiet location. Tinbeerwah is located half way between Cooroy and Tewantin with the Noosa river 8kms away. Noosa Main beach is 14kms. Tewantin National park is walking distance. Eumundi Markets plus more are located within a 15 km radius. Mt Tinbeerwah with stunning 360degree views is a 10 min drive. The space The 25 sqm studio is situated at the front of the house and is only suitable for 2 people. It is attached to the main house and has its own private entrance with a covered courtyard including seating and BBQ. The studio has a Queen bed, lounge, bathroom, kitchenette with cooking facilities including a microwave, full fridge, double portable hotplate, fry-pans, rice cooker, toaster, jug and coffee making facilities. The pool and pool deck is located at the rear of the building, in front of the back deck and outdoor living space. Access to the pool is around the outside of the workshop onto the back deck about 50 meters away. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the pool.- strict access between 10am - 5pm. Please be aware that you will be walking through the owners outdoor living space (back deck) Guests are free to roam around the extensive organic vegetable garden and tropical forest gardens, see the flock of chickens and possibly some kangaroos. The workshop, adjacent to the studio is not to be accessed by guests due to OH&S. Please be aware that I am on the property at all times, but generally getting out and doing things. Other things to note Due to the location mobile phone coverage can be patchy depending on the service provider. Wifi coverage is great. Turn on Wi Calling for better coverage. Shops are 10 mins drive away There is a pizza takeaway 3 mins away and they deliver.
