Bedroom & Private bathroom in gorgeous house

Central Harrogate. Perfect for short stay. Safe peaceful street - free parking. Double bedroom opposite your own private lovely, large bathroom with shower & roll top bath. This private bedroom & bathroom are for your sole use. It is practically ensuite (1 meter). I have a bedroom and bathroom on separate floor. I have a small friendly cocker spaniel. Please do read my reviews before ruling out my property. The space A lovely double bedroom on first floor opposite the large house bathroom which is for private use by Airbnb guest. The host sleeps upstairs on a separate level . A comfortable double bed. I provide towels, toiletries. Room contains: Double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside lamps, chair, bedside tables plus digital radio. Your private bathroom is very spacious with a walk in shower and large bath - directly opposite your bedroom. Full access to the: Bedroom, bathroom and use of main house lounge, kitchen and yard. In the kitchen, I have full tea making facilities, there is a large kitchen fridge so there is plenty of room if you need to prepare food. You may also use the: iron and ironing board. I live in the property but I'm out a lot. Fast wireless wifi throughout property. Guest access Private bedroom, private bathroom, Downstairs shared kitchen with just me - sitting room and pretty sunny back yard. Fast wifi throughout property. During your stay I live in the property but work full time. I am pretty busy so don't worry if we don't meet. I do have a small cocker spaniel but she is crate trained and doesn't really bark. She's super friendly. Breakfast will be left out for guest so you can be flexible. I have great knowledge of where to go - what to see and where to eat - so do ask me.
