It features a newly refurbished bathroom with a shower and washing machine, a modern kitchen, and a living room with a sofa bed. Additionally, we have added a loft area that serves as a separate sleeping space, furnished with a comfortable queen-size bed. Guest access The apartment is perfect for couples but can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. It features a loft area with a queen-size bed and a living room with a comfortable double sofa bed. In addition to the spacious living room (17 square meters), there is a gallery area (7 square meters) and a bathroom with a shower, as well as a kitchen. Please note that the height of the gallery is limited, so it functions as a sleeping area. Situated on the first floor without an elevator (no lift), the apartment faces a quiet one-way street. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker, a (air circulated) microwave oven, a kettle, and a Nespresso coffee machine. In the living room, you'll find a LED SMART 42" TV, and the bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer and a washing machine. Free Wi-Fi is also available. Other things to note We strive to ensure that you feel as comfortable as possible during your stay. Please consider the following requests to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience: Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM at the latest. Please respect the residents of the building by avoiding loud activities between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. We love animals, but for the sake of other guests, unfortunately, you cannot bring your pets. Cleanliness is of utmost importance to us, and the apartment is thoroughly cleaned before your arrival. If you need any additional cleaning services during your stay, please let us know. We can only accept your reservation if your phone number is visible on your Airbnb profile. This is also in your interest, so that we can make communication between us easier if needed. Check-out: Please leave the apartment in basic order. We’ll handle washing the sheets and cleaning, but the apartment should be left in reasonable condition.
