Cozy double room in old Florence

Smack in the florentine center, less than a five minute walk from the train station and the airport bus stop and within walking distance from most of the sights. The room is on the third floor, big and luminous. A flight up is a private terrace. The space The room is on the third floor but the stairs are quite easy. It has two windows. They face the street but it's generally quite at night as there aren't pubs or other crowd attractors dowstairs. There is a big double bed, a big couch, a lot of storage space for your stuff and access to wi-fi. I'm a smoker, but there's no smoking in the room. You can smoke in the kitchen with the window open or, of course, on the terrace. Guest access You will have access to the kitchen, the common bathroom and the upper floor roof terrace with a great view of old Florence. You are free to use any kitchenware and you can help yourself with the espresso machine. You will have your own shelf in the fridge. In addition to your room key you will have all the keys you need to be totally independent, including the one to the roof terrace. During your stay I'm often at home during the day, so just ask if you need something. I like my privacy but I'm not a grumpy hermit (at least not after my third morning coffee).
