Kitchen & Dining Area: The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, stove, microwave, and a large refrigerator. A cozy dining area is integrated into the space, perfect for enjoying meals at home. Bedroom: The bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, a sofa, dining table, and coffee table, making it a multifunctional space to relax or work. It opens directly onto the charming balcony. Bathroom: The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, sink, toilet, mirror, and a washing machine—ideal for longer stays. Balcony: Located on the first floor, the balcony overlooks a quiet park. It’s the perfect spot for morning coffee or a relaxing evening drink. Guest access Your booking is for the entire apartment, so all rooms are for your use except the locked storage room (the first room on the left as you enter). Other things to note Please make sure to book for the exact number of guests staying, as we prepare the apartment accordingly. Let us know your arrival and departure times in advance so we can schedule cleaning appropriately. We provide 1 towel per guest and change them weekly. Parties, events, stag/hen parties, loud or late-night drinking are strictly prohibited. Visitors are only allowed with prior approval. The TV is a smart TV with no live channels - you can log in with your own streaming accounts. Shampoo and shower gel are not provided. There is a moka pot with ground coffee. Sometimes laundry may still be drying on the rack or in the dryer upon arrival. The kitchen is equipped with salt, pepper, sugar, and coffee - anything else you may need should be purchased by you.
