Micalon rural gite in Gázczecin

The gite is located in a wing of our U-shaped farm, located in a rural setting. A complete, attractively restored house (approx. 110 m2) with lots of privacy, a covered parking & terrace and a lot of “own” land with trees. From there you look out beautifully over the valley, where summer wheat or sunflowers are grown. On the other hand, you can especially enjoy the view of the Pyrenees in winter. The space The gîte is standard equipped for 4 people (+ a baby), on this the indicated rental price is based. There are 2 bedrooms. For rent by 5 or 6 people (use of the sofa bed on the loft) we charge a surcharge of 100€ per week. Kitchen: 4-burner gas cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, filter coffee maker. There is plenty of crockery, furniture etc. for 6 people. In two separate wet areas: 2 toilets, 2 showers, 3 sinks. Two bedrooms with 4 beds of 90x200 cm (box spring pocket suspension), to be used separately or coupled as lits-jumeaux. The sofa bed measures approx. 140x200 cm. Heating: wood stove, electric radiators in bedrooms and bathrooms. TV (French) with DVD/CD player, radio, internet. In summer there is a swimming pool (ø5m x 1,20m) available. Guest access Our guests can feel free around the house. On the inheritance side (inside the "U") is the swimming pool, on the south side (view of Pyrenees) is a lawn under the apricot tree and a piece of forest garden. We use the driveway but otherwise you have privacy. A large part of the barn is for the gite guests and serves as a covered terrace with outdoor kitchen and parking. There are also some sports equipment and a ping-pong table. We use a small part of the kapschuur as a walk-in stable for our 3 Icelandic horses and shetlander. Other things to note The rent includes: gas, water and electricity up to 60kWh /week, use of baby cot (up to 2 years), stay of 2 dogs, bedding and kitchen linen. Towels can be rented for €5 per set. For a laundry we charge €5. Electricity above 60 kWh/week: €0.30/kWh. Stoking wood: €40 per half m2. The deposit is €150 regardless of the length of stay.
