The space The apartment offers two separate bedrooms, a private entrance, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a terrace overlooking the harbour. The bright main bedroom has a queen-size bed and opens directly onto the terrace through double doors, filling the space with morning light and sea air. The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed and windows with beautiful sea views. The terrace is the heart of the apartment — ideal for morning coffee, sunset drinks, and watching daily life unfold in the harbour below. The kitchen is well-equipped for preparing simple meals, and the bathroom includes a bathtub with a shower. With multiple windows, freestanding fans in both bedrooms, and the natural sea breeze, the apartment stays comfortable throughout the day. Wi-Fi and all bed and bath linens are provided. The apartment is well-suited for couples, friends traveling together, and guests who want to be centrally located in Riomaggiore, with sea views, walkable access, and a private outdoor space. Guest access Guests have private street access and exclusive use of the entire apartment, with no shared spaces. Stairs Like most of Riomaggiore, the village is built on a hillside, so stairs are part of daily life here. There are steps to reach the apartment, which is very common in Cinque Terre. A porter service is available in town, and we’re happy to help arrange this if needed. Parking There is no on-site parking. We’re happy to recommend nearby parking options and the best alternatives for driving. Summer comfort The apartment does not have air conditioning. Freestanding fans are provided in both bedrooms, along with multiple windows and natural sea breezes. During peak summer months, the apartment can be warm, as is typical for historic homes in the village. Central location & sound The apartment is centrally located, close to the harbour and village life. This means you’ll experience the sounds of Riomaggiore, especially during the day and on summer evenings.
