Welcome to my fully equipped private room in the most elite community in Trung Hoa, Cau Giay district, Hanoi. The room is a separate part on the 2nd floor of our very spacious duplex 300m2 apartment. It's right in the business center on the west of Hanoi with a huge expatriate community. It's an ideal stay for both business travelers and long term tenants. It's only a 30 minute drive from the Noi Bai Int'l Airport & easy access to every direction of the city. The space My apartment is a luxurious and spacious duplex of almost 300 m2 on the 23rd-24th floors. You will like my place because of its charming view, safety, and green atmosphere. In the compound, there are a garden, a swimming pool & fitness center (reasonable fee for residents), a bakery, banks, a convenience store & a clinic. One of the features that our guests like the most is that the apartment has a very high glass ceiling, bringing in a lot of natural light. We also have a lovely balcony where you could read or relax. Enjoy a stunning lake view from your window. .You will have a friendly computer working space, a high speech wifi and private router in your room. Have your nice sleep on western mattress with topper. The compound is guarded by security 24/7. Guest access Guests will have access card and smart lock code to the compound and the room. You are also provided keys to your room and the bathroom to ensure your privacy. You can share our big living room, balcony, and kitchen space and a large dining table. Living room can be used for group meetings. During your stay I will help you with all the information to make your stay perfect. My family and I all speak English well, and we will be able to assist you have at any time during your stay. It is my goal to introduce you to Hanoi's charm and heritage. I want you to feel like you are a part of our family! Other things to note We offer room cleaning once a week. We do provide FREE Airport pick-up: we will arrive punctually at the arrival terminal and hold a welcome board bearing your name; we will then drive you directly to our compound. If you have an early arrive or late check out, we can arrange place for you to keep your luggage.
