South City Homestay - Double Room

Get a taste of the Millennial city, which offers vibrant party places at Sector 29, and entertainment at Kingdom of Dreams (a hub of India's art/heritage/cuisine), along with the serenity of the sprawling lawns at Leisure Valley Park. NH8 on one side, and the MRT on the other, keeps the Residence well connected. The airport is a 12-20 minute ride by car. A "Needs Supermarket" store is a 10 minute walk from the Residence. Being doctors, as your hosts, we like to preserve a healthy environment. The space The private room sits on the 2nd floor of the bungalow, alongside the roof which the guest is welcome to use. Breakfast essentials like milk, eggs, tea-bags etc. will be available at the time of arrival. You will have a private kitchen and washroom attached to your bedroom along with air-conditioning. The guest(s) will have his/her own private access to the second floor. For those who enjoy a walk, there is a park just adjacent to our lane. Guest access Entrance and courtyard, Roof/Balcony, Gym, Stairs, Elevator right up to 2nd floor During your stay We like our guests to feel at home during their stay with us. Though we may not be available at all times, since we both are Practicing Doctors, we will be happy to offer our support at all times, and extend our hospitality to our guests, as and when . Other things to note Given special times like this amidst the pandemic, we will only be accepting long term stays ( >10 days) and will require proof of negative COVID tests.
