- My property is ideally located 25 minutes from Poitiers, with a rich architectural heritage, 30 minutes from the Futuroscope and less than half an hour from many sites such as La Vallée des Singes, La Planète des Crocodiles, Les Géants du Ciel, Défiplanet, etc. You will love my place for its calm, serenity and location in the heart of a beautiful countryside offering beautiful walks on foot or by bike. My place is good for families or couples who want space… The space - You will find: * On the ground floor: - the comfortable 15 m2 "ZEN" room with double bed, quiet with pool and garden views, its independent entrance, shower room and private toilet. - An equipped kitchen, a cozy living/dining room and a bathroom with bathtub. * Upstairs: - Two other bedrooms (17 and 19 m2) each with a double bed: "L'Olivier" and "Céleste" bedrooms. - Separate toilet on the landing. Each bedroom has its own TV, sleeping area and sitting area. Guest access You will have access to the entire house except a locked room in which I have put aside my personal belongings. Other things to note -The POOL IS NOT PRIVATE, you may have to share it with the tenants of the 2 cottages that are on the same property. It is secured by an NF alarm - You must park in the church parking lot throughout your stay for the free movement of neighborhood vehicles. Thank you for your understanding.
