A wooden cabin-style mountain house, built next to our home. An open-plan 30 m² space with a loft where the bedroom is located, an equipped kitchen, a full bathroom and a living room with a wood fireplace, ideal for cold days. Located in the heart of the Montseny Natural Park, Biosphere Reserve, with direct access to the Tordera River, which flows just below the house. 15 minutes from Montseny and 20 minutes from Sant Esteve de Palautordera. Nature, calm and disconnection. The space Welcome to El Roserar! An accommodation located in the heart of the Montseny Natural Park, ideal for disconnecting and enjoying nature. Surrounded by forest and birds, it offers tranquility and leisurely walks. A few meters away, the Sant Marçal stream accompanies walks and a stretch of the GR5, pleasant all year round. We offer two accommodations with their own personality, designed to enjoy the environment. Wooden cabin (2-bedroom villa) of 30 m², has a loft where the main room is located, full kitchen, bathroom with shower and cozy living room with wood fireplace that adds a warm and comforting corner for cold days. The cabin sleeps 4: a double bed in the loft, a double sofa bed on the ground floor, with railings available for minors or co-sleeping. Vintage Caravan - Stirling 1960's England (Chalet), an intimate and special space of 8m² perfect for couples or for those looking for a different experience in the middle of nature. Restored with dedication, preserving details to respect the essence of this jewel and offer a unique and cozy stay. It will open for the summer season with great enthusiasm. The sofa and table space turns into a comfortable 150x200cm bed. It sleeps 2 people. The kitchen is equipped with: small fridge, glass-ceramic stove, oven, toaster and full kitchenware. It also has a toilet and a shower. – All our kitchens have oil, salt, spices, coffee and infusions. – We include bedding (shower towels are not included, available upon request at extra cost) We recommend doing the shopping before going up, as the last stretch of the track is best covered at a leisurely pace. During the cold seasons we offer firewood for the fireplace (extra charge), and pets are welcome (extra charge). 15 minutes from the village of Montseny, 20 minutes from Sant Esteve de Palautordera and 1 hour from Barcelona, a place to disconnect, walk and rest. Guest access Guests can make use of the terrace overlooking the forest, the staircase that gives direct access to the river. We ask guests to use water and electricity responsibly. Thank you We also offer: - Transfer service from Sant Esteve de Palautordera to the house by car (€60 round trip), but keep in mind that the schedule to pick you up or drop you off at the station depends on our availability and schedules in which we can do it, but we can provide you with the contact of taxi drivers in the area. In the cabin you will find some basic items such as: olive and sunflower oil, Modena vinegar, salt, sugar, pepper, various spices, infusions, coffee, kitchen utensils for 4 people, pans, pots, etc., dishwasher soap, hand soap, scouring pad, cloth, rags, kitchen and toilet paper, bath gel, shampoo, hand and foot towel when leaving the shower, sheets, duvet/nordic, blankets and various kitchen utensils. Shower towels must be ordered in advance and cost €5 per towel/stay. We have implemented this recently as a measure to save water consumption, since we supply ourselves with rainwater and a mountain mine. During bathing season, these same towels cannot be used to go down to the river. If you leave the towels stained or very dirty, an extra payment could be requested. The firewood to light the fireplace or the grill has a single cost of €25 and you can have all you need during your stay. If you want to make a BBQ, remember to bring charcoal and newspaper. We accept pets, we ask you for €10 per pet/stay for the extra cleaning time (this amount is automatically included in the total of the reservation when you indicate the number of pets when making the reservation). We ask that you please leave the cabin clean when your stay is over.
