Quiet neighborhood, close to bus and skytrain, walking distance to gym, banks, Starbucks, Mcdonalds, Subway restaurants, local groceries and parks. 15 minutes going to Surrey Central Skytrain Station and an hour away to downtown Vancouver by public transit. You can eat out or have your food delivered , no access to kitchen . Parking space available in front of the house. The space The room is on the 2nd floor . It's clean and spacious. Guest access Wifi , formal dining and living room only. Kitchen is not available. During your stay Mostly anytime Other things to note My family lives in this house and we respect the privacy of our guests and so are we , only 1 bedroom upstairs with 1 double bed, and a private washroom can be used by guests, they are free to use the living and dining room (no cooking allowed) . No smoking, alcohol , or drugs of any kind is allowed on the premises. Thank you
