The master bedroom with full bath is on the 1st floor. Kitchen, dining room and living room. 3 TVs with WiFi internet. Off street parking for 3 full size vehicles. The space The entire house except for a small locked storage closet is part of the rental. There is a detached outbuilding that is also not included in the rental. Both of the not included spaces are just storage areas for supplies and maintenance equipment. Guest access House has front door that opens to 2 steps down into front yard overlooking South Main Street. Driveway and parking area is off of Chesapeake Ave. Fenced in backyard and back door is adjacent to and up 2 steps from the parking area. Other things to note Eastern Neck Island National Wildfire Area is directly down south Main Street which turns into Eastern Neck Island Road. Eastern Neck Island is accessible by car or bicycle and is typically open year round.
