In a quiet area of Talmont Saint Hilaire, ideal for a couple and two children, this house of about 70 m2, completely renovated in 2020, will seduce you! Ideally located, you will be minutes from the city center, the lake and the Château de Richard Cœur de Lion, 10 minutes by car from the Veillon beach, 5 minutes from the Guittière parks, 20 minutes from Les Sables d'Olonne and 1 hour 20 minutes from La Rochelle. The space On the ground floor, you will have a living room of about 25 m2, with a separate entrance from the street and access to the shared courtyard, and a kitchen equipped with a small refrigerator, two ceramic hobs, a small electric oven and a microwave oven. You have the basic condiments (salt, pepper, oil, coffee, tea, sugar). Upstairs, you will have a separate bathroom/toilet and two bedrooms.
