This vacation home is a beautiful, 150 sqm old apartment for up to 6 people. It is located on the upper floor of a beautiful neoclassical villa built in 1873 (10 minutes from the city center). The highlight is the roof terrace with views of the countryside. In-house parking is available in the courtyard of the villa. If your group is larger, you can book two more apartments in the house. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. The space The villa is spectacular, elegant and cozy for large families and groups. Ideal for short or longer stays. It is within walking distance of Clara Zetkin Park, which invites you to take a nice stroll to the historic city center. Here you rent a 150 m² apartment with 2 bathrooms (1 with toilet/bathtub and 1 with toilet/shower), 2 bedrooms, 2 sofa beds in the living and dining room (with large dining table) and a large and beautiful terrace. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. Private parking is on the villa’s grounds. No dogs are allowed. The villa is spectacular, very cozy and ideal for short or long stays, only 10 minutes from the center in Leipzig. You are renting an entire apartment with 2 bathrooms with a bathtub and shower, 2 bedrooms and a nice roof terrace. The apartment is fully equipped with linens, towels and a kitchen with an oven, cooktop, fridge and dishwasher. If you need additional rooms you can book 2 other separate apartments in the Villa Leipzig or more rooms in our hotel "Pension Petit" (both available on Airbnb).
