Our three Guest Bedrooms are uniquely appointed for your restful enjoyment. Guest Bedroom [Queen #2] is located upstairs. One other Guest Bedroom [King #1] is also listed on this website but the Queen #3 is not currently available due to Covid-19. We love getting to know new people from all walks of life and corners of the world! We respect your privacy and are happy to let you come and go as you please but ask that you follow all quiet hours and carefully read the House Manual. We are looking for a long term renter up to one year. The minimum we will accept is for 31 days. The bedroom and full bathroom are available for your exclusive use and there is an additional bedroom set up as a sitting room that may be used and rented as an office if you need to work from home for an additional $300 per month. You will also have access to the kitchen to cook and eat meals with limited but ample space in the pantry and refrigerator. You may wash and dry clothes for $4 per load. IF YOU PREFER, YOU MAY CHOOSE TO RENT OUR KING BEDROOM ACROSS THE HALL INSTEAD FOR $5 MORE PER NIGHT. It is slightly larger, has two closets and a private entrance to the bathroom. Free Parking for one car, front shared entry, upstairs bedroom and full bath, kitchen and eating area. A second large sitting room/office beside your bedroom is available at an additional cost of $300/ month). We respect your privacy and ask that you do the same for us but also welcome and enjoy conversation when it is convenient for all. We enjoy meeting and getting to know people from all over the world. We live in an area with many restaurants, theaters, grocery stores and are 20 minutes from many attractions in the greater Atlanta area. You may drive, bike, ride the bus, or train. Both Uber and Lyft are available as well. We live in the home so we are looking for one person and there is very limited ability to have guests visit during approved hours (not quiet hours or overnight).
