The house is perfect for 4 persons (max 6). Ground floor two levels : large living / dining room with fireplace, kitchen with hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge; bathroom with shower. Upper floor: 2 bedrooms: 1 double-bed bedroom with air conditioning, 1 bedroom with bunk beds, 1 bathroom with shower, large panoramic terrace. The house has a large outdoor spaces: a spacious covered terrace at the level of the garden equipped with chairs and table (option barbecue) for your meals and a large terrace upstairs. The guests can relax on the terrace surrounded by trees in front of the apartment. For our guests there is also a barbecue / old pizza oven in the garden! Other things to note I follow Airbnb's enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance. I sanitize all high-touch surfaces, including doorknobs. I use cleaners and disinfectants approved by official agencies and wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination. I clean each room following long cleaning checklists. I provide guests with a cleaning kit, to allow them to clean during their stay. I operate in compliance with local laws and all additional safety and cleaning guidelines. Weather in Southern Sardinia: Along the sandy beaches of Southern Sardinia, one can start swimming very early in the year. In fact, the swimming season lasts from April (or even March)/May through November. The winter here is very green... and orange (all kinds of citrus fruits ripen all around). By Easter, the whole island is in bloom. The countryside is aglow in the yellows of wild gorse and mimosa. Fragrant blue lavender blends with white cistos bushes, and wild violets and orchids line the walkways.
