Brand new beach vacation apartment

SUMMER ONLY: brand new ground-floor apartment with large private garden in the Saline district surrounded by greenery, connection via bike/pedestrian path 400 m from the sea. Rentals are available in June, July, August, and September; preferably for a stay of 15 days or 1 full month. Last-minute reservations for 7 days are accepted fifteen days/month before the date. (N.B. Do not request reservations at the beginning, but send a message to agree. Off-site discounts.) The space SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: 1 double bedroom (2 beds). 1 small bedroom (2 single beds). 1 double sofa bed in the living room (2 seats) TOTAL 6 comfortable beds. (2 places) folding wooden slatted beds. Total 8 beds. The kitchen is equipped with cutlery and cooking utensils. Guest access to all the spaces, there is no one in the house. NO SMOKING in the house Other things to note • from June, July, August and September rent every fifteen days, full month and beyond and last minute per week. • A security deposit of 300 euros will be fully refunded if there is no damage. • Large private garden and perhaps the possibility of using 2 adult bicycles. • Sheets and towels are not available (possible on request for a fee)
