Enjoy Sesimbra this autumn in our studio, just a short walk from the beach and the heart of the village. The apartment offers self-check-in and direct beach access. It features a kitchenette, washing machine, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a Smart TV, providing everything you need for a pleasant stay. Relax on the balcony while enjoying the stunning sea views. Self-check-in ensures a smooth arrival, letting you explore the village at your own pace and feel at home when you return. The space The studio has an area of 42 m2, located inside a building complex in front of California Beach, with private beach access through the building elevator that will lead you to a tourniquet and a stairway leading to the beach. The kitchenette is equipped with microwave/oven, induction stove, mini fridge, 50L water heater, washing machine, Dolce Gusto expresso coffee machine, electric kettle and toaster. The balcony can be closed off thanks to a glass curtain so you can enjoy it even when in rainy or cold days. Equipped with air conditioning, a Smart TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi for your comfort and convenience. There is no private parking, but you can find free parking on the street. Guest access Guests will have direct access to the beach located inside the building which is reserved exclusively for residents. It's possible to can park for free on the street right in front of our building, there is also a small parking lot a few meters away from our building entrance. We don't have any private parking. To ensure the best service and guarantee that all apartments are properly prepared, check-ins are only available from 15:00. Thank you for your understanding. Date change requests are not accepted within the non-refundable period. They are also not accepted for fewer nights than originally booked, for arrivals within 30 days, for new dates in subsequent months, or during the stay. According to Portuguese law, all non-national guests are required to fill out an accommodation form, which must be submitted to AIMA a as soon as possible. Completing this form is necessary to receive the access codes for the apartment. The AIMA accommodation form access link will be sent along with your check-in instructions for a smooth arrival. The cleaning fee covers both apartment cleaning and laundry services, ensuring a fresh and welcoming space. Amenities & Essentials: Our listing offers a full range of equipment, amenities, and consumables for your convenience. To get you started, we provide basic necessities (e.g., toilet paper, coffee, tea, sugar, vinegar, and olive oil) for your first day. For anything extra, local stores nearby have you covered, or additional supplies can be provided at an extra cost upon request. Extra Towels & Linens: Extra towels and linens are available per set at an additional cost, as they are not included in the standard reservation. Guests should request them in advance when necessary. Electrical Appliances: To prevent tripping the electrical panel, please avoid using multiple high-powered appliances (e.g., air conditioning, kettle, toaster, and hob) at the same time. Water Heater: A private 50-liter water heater is available for guest use, so please be mindful of hot water usage in both the kitchen and bathroom. If the hot water runs out, it may take up to 2 hours for the water heater to fully reheat. We recommend using hot water efficiently to ensure a steady supply throughout your stay. Thank you for your understanding! Luggage Storage: Unfortunately, it is not possible to leave luggage in the apartment or anywhere in the building before check-in or after check-out. We do not have a designated luggage storage facility, and for security reasons, we aim to avoid any risk of misplaced or missing items. Thank you for your understanding. Toilet Use & Sand Removal: Please do not flush wipes or similar items, as this may clog pipes; use the bin provided. Kindly remove sand from your body before showering, as sand clogs the shower drain. Beach Towels & Sun Umbrellas: Beach towels and sun umbrellas are not provided; please bring your own if needed. Saudade Apartments cannot be held accountable for the consequences of the misuse of electrical equipment, balconies, windows, handrails, stairs and any other hazardous areas.
