Not meant to be a party house, but a thoughtfully designed space for a fun, relaxing family getaway or that dream golf trip. Fun, games, and making lifetime memories is our theme! The space The home has 4 bedrooms which are conveniently spread out for your privacy. Master has King Size bed all others are queens. There is also a futon couch in game room. Enjoy the sparkling salt water pool. An actual desert rental with a swimming pool chiller! No swimming in a hot tub here! Relax in the sun on a comfortable chaise lounge, or read a book under one of the 3 separate patio areas. For the chef in the group we provide a high end Weber BBQ, and a Cabinet Smoker. During the winter months enjoy the outdoor fire pit and pre-request a pre heated pool upon your arrival (Extra fee required). The outdoor fun doesn't stop with the pool. Enjoy a game of Cornhole, or have a friendly Putting Competition on the outdoor putting green! You can also catch a game or movie on the outdoor TV. If your the indoor type, the game room will be your spot. 72" TV, Pool Table, and Dartboard are sure to keep you entertained. For the youngsters there is a Playstation 3 Console with over 20 games. The relaxing separate Family Room boasts an 86" Television with Surround Sound, satellite, and large sectional couch. The fully stocked gourmet kitchen should satisfy any chef with plenty of cookware, spices, and condiments. Plenty of seating either indoors or out for all your group to enjoy a great meal! YOUR SAFETY AND SANITATION ARE TOP PRIORITY! We personally use this home seasonally and are confident that you will not find a cleaner and more sanitized property. We have taken many steps to ensure your safety such as providing hand sanitizer, filling all soap dispensers with Anti-Bacterial grade soaps, providing sanitary wipes, ultra sanitized white towels and sheets, and utilizing an amazing professional housekeeper. This is not a high turnover rental. We limit our reservations to one or two families a month. SWIMMING POOL LIABILITY RELEASE Renter acknowledges that this is a property with a swimming pool. There is not a child proof fence surrounding the pool and is not suitable for young children or unattended children. THE RENTER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT SWIMMING POOLS AND AREAS SURROUNDING THE SAME ARE INHERENTLY DANGEROUS AND CAN RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURY, DROWNING, OR DEATH. Therefore, the renter will assume this risk and exercise great caution when using the pool, pool area and surroundings. The renter hereby agrees to supervise children, non-swimmers and/or guests with physical or mental limitations and all others using the pool, and/or pool area and to take full responsibility for their supervision. The renter agrees to use the pool, entirely at the renter's own initiative, risk and responsibility. The renter does hereby remise, release and forever discharge the Property Owner, Mark and Diona Williams, successors, employees or representatives, officially or otherwise, from any and all claims, demands, actions or causes of action, on account of the death or injury to the undersigned or any family members of the renter or other tenants, permitees, pool users, guests or invitees arising from or in any way related or incidental to the use of the swimming pool or surrounding grounds. The renter further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Owner, from any expenses, attorneys fees or damages of any kind or nature which may arise out of the use of the swimming pool or its surrounding area by any person during the period of the undersigned’s stay. This legal instrument may be pleaded as a complete defense to any action or other proceeding, which may be brought, instituted or taken by the renter, the renter's family, other tenant invitees or pool users in breach of this instrument. This Agreement shall be binding upon the heirs, personal representatives, executors, administrators, successors and assigns of the parties hereto. ******* TERMS AND CONDITIONS ACCEPTANCE By accepting, you are agreeing to all terms and conditions in this Reservation Agreement, as well as all charges applicable to this reservation. These charges include but are not limited to, rental fee, taxes, and any unintentional damage fees applicable. ***** Guest access Full use of home and pool. Electronic keypad self access. No access to garage, and one closet which is locked off for storage. Other things to note ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING INSIDE OF HOUSE OR FULL DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS.
