The space A Studio Type condominium furnished with Double size bed and Semi-Double Foldable Bed, Wardrobe, Wi-fi, hot & cold water, Shower, Refrigerator, Smart TV with Netflix, Fan, Aircon, Utensils, can cook, utensils, pots , Kitchen wares, Etc.. Very peaceful place and location within the City of Cebu & walking distance to IT Park. Guest access ● 24hrs Security for your safety. ●24hrs Lobby Help Desk where you can ask assistance to call for a taxi, to get laundry service, information about food and water delivery, and other concerns related to your stay. ● Free parking is no longer allowed due to the new property management. If a parking space is really needed, you can get one if you pay the rental parking fee, but this is subject to availability. ●Access to amenities such as pool, gym, and kids playroom has an extra charge. Payment will be made directly to the property management office, for you have to fill up a form and register upon usage. Charges are as follows for short stay guests. Pool = P300.00 per guest per use. Gym = P200.00 per guest per use. For a longer stay , more than a month charge a one time pay as described. We would also like to inform you that this property is under the administrative policy of Grand Residences East Towers. Some policies of Grand Residences North Towers may not be applicable to this unit, for they both have different property management administration. In short, if staying in a unit in North Tower allows you for free access to different amenities, East Towers allows you with a fee.
