The house and property are completely open to guests, however the backyard storage shed and woodworking studio will be locked and off limits. I may occasionally need access to the woodworking studio during the daytime (between 9-5), but will not be in the house or yard during your stay. Communication via email and text is readily available with either the property manager or home owner. We can also meet you at check in if you’d like, just please request this service. House is situated in beautiful Martin Acres neighborhood of South Boulder. Grocery stores, Chautauqua Park, Eldorado State Park, and downtown Boulder all just a few minutes drive away. CU Boulder campus only a 10 minute walk away! Driveway and street parking at house, bus stop a few minutes away, and Uber and Lyft readily available. Please NO PETS and NO PARTIES. OCCUPANCY - per Boulder City regulations, the max occupancy is 6 related guests, and no more than 3 unrelated guests, at any given time. Low key gatherings are of course allowed and expected, but this is not the house nor neighborhood for loud and large parties. Please refrain from the use of outdoor music and do not use the hot tub after 11 pm so as not to disturb the neighbors. Any violation of the above could result in forfeiture of all or part of the security deposit.
