The Loft is situated in the tiny and beautifully peaceful village of Stodmarsh 5 miles from Canterbury which has a great country pub, The Red Lion, a stunning National Nature Reserve and ancient church all within easy walking distance. Two lovely country pubs The Rose Inn at Wickhambreaux, and The Duke William at Ickham are within a mile or so. The Loft provides a cosy rural quiet escape, with outside space to enjoy the fire bowl and beautiful sunsets. Private parking is available for guests. The space The Loft occupies the entire upper floor of our oak framed barn. The property provides total privacy and is the perfect secret hideaway for a break in the East Kent countryside, with uninterrupted views across farmland. The open plan space provides a full sized kitchen, big leather sofa, a connected Smart TV great for streaming, King sized bed with Egyptian cotton linen, and a separate bathroom with a full sized bath with shower attachment, WC and Hand wash basin. The 3 large conservation roof lights make a beautiful light airy space with fabulous views from all rooms. Outside space includes a balcony and a garden to enjoy the Kadai fire pit and amazing sunset views. Other things to note Access to the Loft is via an outside staircase, with 12 steps up to a small balcony.
