The main bedroom offers mirrored wardrobes and both bedrooms have frosted glass sliding doors. The living area has a flat screen TV, an Alexa smart home system, and there is high speed wifi and an intercom system. The kitchen offers a gourmet stainless steel and granite kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. European laundry offers a washer and a dryer and soaps/detergents are provided. Towels and linen are provided as well as a range of pillow types. Enjoy the pool on a lovely sunny day! The pool is shared with residents. It is not heated; however, it attracts the sun from late morning until late afternoon, and is wind protected. There is a FREE parking permit provided for surrounding streets, in 3A zone, which provides unlimited parking. There are heaters and fans as well as a portable AC for your use.
