For your stay, you get the whole little house and the garden for yourself! It is not far away from Cologne exhibition or from the airport Köln/Bonn! In just 2 minutes, there is a bus station. An idyllic cottage not far from the city, perfect to calm down. The space - Nespresso and filter machine for delicious coffee - 2 teraces (North + South) Living room & wintergarden: The comfortable room with a cozy couch (chaise longue) and LED TV (50 inches) with internat. programs and a blu-ray-player provides a pleasant time to relax. In the bright wintergarden there is the dining area. Kitchen: The kitchen includes a spacious fitted kitchen with 4-ceramic stove, oven, fridge / freezer and a dishwasher. For coffee lovers there is next to a normal (filter) coffee machine, also a Nespresso machine and a pod machine available. Just bring the coffee you like to drink! Bedroom (Loft): The cozy bedroom is accessed via a space-saving staircase. Two single beds invite you to a cozy sleep. Bathroom with window: A floor-level shower, a design toilet, washbasin combination with large mirror cabinet and a towel radiator are reflecting the feel-good atmosphere also in this room. Bedroom / Clothing room: There is a bed for one person and the space to put your clothes in. Guest access When the weather is good, the outdoor area offers you many options: Two terraces (approx. 25 sqm), and lawns (approx. 200 sqm) around the house with various seating areas, garden tables and two sunbeds invites you to stay in the sun. Other things to note The house is very cozy furnitured and decorated. In total, there are 66qm living space incl. Wintergarden/conservatory and the large terrace on the south side. The heating is renewable on a solar-powered air heat pump ( photovoltaic system on the roof ). By the way: not only the sheets and towels are provided, also the beds are made ready for you to sleep in! ;-)
