Family room at Lake Plauen

Our extensive holiday resort covers an area of 4 hectares on the Alt Schweriner Werder peninsula in Lake Plau. It offers groups and families a wide range of opportunities for relaxation and active holidays. The space The family room is an enlarged hotel room with parents' bedroom and children's room with two bunk beds. The room has a balcony or terrace, television, telephone, internet connection and the possibility of making coffee/tea. The rooms are for 2 adults and 2-4 children up to 17 years including breakfast. Guest access The complex has its own bathing area with sunbathing lawn, beach volleyball court and campfire site. We hire out stand-up paddle boards, canoes and bicycles. There is also: Football pitch, playground for children, bowling alley, steam sauna and Finnish dry sauna, plunge pool, fitness room, as well as a games room for table tennis and table football. Other things to note The peninsula is home to unforgettable natural beauty and a unique flora and fauna that is well worth exploring on foot, by boat or by bike. The Werder peninsula is part of the former farming and estate village of Alt Schwerin. It lies on the edge of the Nossentiner/Schwinzer Heide Nature Park - the largest contiguous forest area in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, which is home to some of the most beautiful clear water lakes in Central Europe.
