Rental unit in Knoxville

You are right next to UTK campus, right across from the ag campus. There is a mixture of residents in the building… graduate students and young professionals as well as some older... some retired. The building is about 60 years old... converted from apartments to condos. It’s not fancy. But it is close to lots of things…lots of restaurants…Publix grocery store...biking/walking trails. Downtown Knoxville is a GREAT place to roam, day or night and you are within about 5-8 minutes by car. The space The best thing about the condo is the location. The next best thing is that it is very clean and it will give you a very comfortable stay for your visit to Knoxville. It's not very far to the mountains or to Dollywood, Sevierville and Pigeon Forge and a number of other nice places to visit. Guest access All of the condo is available to you.
