Ideal for families our 2 Bedroom aircon parkhome is located in a caravan park on the beach only 1 hr North of Perth. Our property contains a large living area, Foxtel Platinum (all channels), kitchen, indoor toilet & vanity & outdoor bathroom / laundry and large undercover outdoor entertaining area with BBQ. Unfortunately, NO PETS ALLOWED in the Caravan Park. Guests need to bring towels, pillows, sheets & blankets as these are not available. Guests are expected clean the place on departure. The space Our 2 bedroom park home is around 100 metre walk to the beach. In addition to the spacious living area with large TV, DVD player & FOXTEL PLATINUM (ie. all channels) there is also a large outdoor undercover entertaining area with BBQ. It has an indoor toilet as well a seperate bathroom / laundry connected on the outside. We have lots of Board Games & puzzles to keep you entertained. Guest access Guests have access to the full park home and the caravan park facilities such as swimming pool, 2x kids playgrounds, 2 x half court tennis (BYO equipment) Other things to note Guests need to bring their own bed linen, pillows, blankets and towels. There are some supplies of soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, coffee & sugar on site. Bring the kids bikes & scooters as the park is fully fenced and there are sealed roads throughout the park and strict speed limits on vehicles- so it is very safe! As there are not always cleaners available on site guests are expected to leave the place the way they find it & clean the park home before departure (ie wash all dishes, clean BBQ, remove rubbish, vacuum & wash floors as required). If you would prefer to not clean the floors please advise us BEFORE the booking & we can try to organise a cleaner for $40. (In this case you still need to wash dishes & BBQ & remove rubbish). The rubbish needs to be taken to the trailer behind the shop / in the boat yard. Mobile phone / Internet access in the park is not great unless you are with Telstra - the best place to access internet for non Telstra customers is up on the hill next to the pub. There is a family of blue tongue lizards that sometimes stay under the house. They are harmless but can give you a fright sometimes when you are outside. Please be careful not to stand on them & do not leave food scraps outside the house. Please be sure to abide by the caravan park rules such as the 8km/h speed limits (this is really important as there are usually lots of kids in the park who don’t look out for cars & if you speed the locals will yell at you then & me afterwards!) and no hard ball games & no pets.
