This modern East Nashville guest suite is located in the basement of a cozy family cottage and features its own private entrance, a comfortable king bed, and a beautiful and spacious modern walk-in shower. The king bed, which is hard to find when traveling, will ensure you a peaceful night's sleep during your travels! The suite includes a bedroom with Roku tv and desk/work space, modern bathroom, sitting area with TV, and breakfast bar. The bedroom, featuring a lovely and modern king bed, will ensure you a peaceful place to rest. The bedroom includes a modern work space to sit and do some work if you need too. If you are just looking for some serious R&R, there is an essential oil diffuser and a sound machine for your use as well as a Roku TV. The bathroom features a modern and european styled walk-in shower as well as a built-in bathroom heater for those winter months. The sitting and entry area in the suite features a modern and cozy love seat to relax on while sipping your coffee and listening to music or watching your favorite show on the Roku TV. This is the perfect place to plan your day of fun! The breakfast bar is stocked with organic coffee in the Cuisinart Burr grinder coffee maker, a tea kettle, mini-fridge, microwave, and treats to energize you during your stay with us! The suite shares the basement of our family cottage - obviously, like many Airbnb spaces, we actually live here! But the basement suite has its own private entrance and is totally separate from our family space. The entire space is open, comfortable, and will make your stay in Nashville unforgettable! Us: We are a family with some littles just making ends meet with our Airbnb side hustle and having fun opening our space to welcome others. We home school our kids, love our being in our neighborhood and community, so you will probably find us around the house and out and about in the neighborhood. We also love being active and outdoors, so you may meet us working in our organic garden or working out in our garage box. We also often have friends and family over to fellowship and work out so there may be others around from time to time as well. The guest space shares a wall with our basement laundry room and extra play room. Although we don’t always frequent these spaces, you may occasionally hear us working out or playing down there during the hours of 10am-7pm. However, if the extra noise bothers you please just let us know and we will always respect your wishes! Please don't hesitate to contact us with any questions! Other things to note The guest suite shares a Nest thermostat with the first floor of our cottage. Since the guest suite does not have its own thermostat, we rely on our guests to let us know whether or not they need the temperature adjusted. The Nest sensor in the suite will let us know what the suite's environment is like is so that we can set the thermostat to exactly meet your heating or cooling needs. The Nest is typically set on 68 at night during the winter and 70 during the summer unless a guests requests otherwise.
