Beech Lodge Self Catering Log Cabin with Hot Tub

Nestled within our grounds in our lovely countryside setting, Beech Lodge provides an ideal self catering escape with private hot tub in a relaxing peaceful setting with plenty to do and see in the surrounding villages. SADLY WE ARE NOT ABLE TO ACCEPT RESERVATIONS THAT MAY RESULT IN A PARTY, NOISE COMPLAINTS, OR DAMAGES. This is sadly due to an unacceptable amount of damages, disrespectful use of the properties and amenities and noise problems. The space Amenities & What's included in you Price: •Both bedrooms have a double bed, wardrobe, bedside units, dressing table, hairdryer, and beds are dressed with cosy goose & duck feather duvets & pillows with cotton bed linen. Any allergies to be advised at booking for non feather duvets and pillows. •Open plan lounge/kitchen. Lounge area. LCD flat screen TV with Freeview and a selection of books and games. •Kitchen area with dining table, oven, hob, grill, fridge with small freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, microwave & washing machine. •Crockery, cutlery, glassware and mugs. Cookware, iron & ironing board, brush & dust pan, mop & bucket, cleaning cloths. •Towels are supplied along with a hand towel, bath mat & a robe per person, additional towels are available for a small sur-charge. •Bathroom complete with shower, sink, WC, heated towel rail. •Outside seating & dining table and chairs with outdoor lighting to enjoy the evenings. •There is no additional charge for the hot tub facility at Beech Lodge Log Cabin this is an added facility private to the lodge on its decking for our guests to enjoy. We cannot not guarantee that this facility will always be available. This can be caused by previous guest misuse, maintenance, cleaning, or any technical issues and if deemed unfit for use it may be unavailable. However, we endeavour to have the hot tub available for each stay and should there be problem we would notify you prior to your arrival. In line with health and safety guidelines we provide all rules of use to our guests on arrival, this is to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. We ask all guests to read these and sign a disclaimer to confirm such at check in. Full rules of use can also be found on this website. Beech Lodge log cabin price is £180 per night for nights one, two and three, nights four to seven are then £75 this is based on 2-4 guests staying. Dogs are welcome at Beech Lodge for an additional cost of £10. The cost of Beech Lodge includes all your linens, towels, robes, crockery & cutlery, cookware, glassware, private hot tub and veranda. Guest access Beech Lodge is set in a gorgeous semi rural location just off the village of Kettlebridge and some sat nav systems can bring you up a bumpy farm track entrance. With this in mind at time of booking we will send full confirmation and information including directional help to get to us on the better entrance road. Other things to note SADLY WE ARE NOT ABLE TO ACCEPT RESERVATIONS THAT MAY RESULT IN A PARTY, NOISE COMPLAINTS, OR DAMAGES. This is mainly due to excessive noise levels that are simply unacceptable.
